Terms of Service

DiecastVault ("we", "us", "our") is a personal collection management platform for diecast car collectors, operated from India. By creating an account or otherwise using DiecastVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and is intended primarily for personal, non-commercial use by individual collectors.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Each account is for a single individual and may not be shared or transferred.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service without our written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data, or system connected to the Service.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for commercial resale or redistribution of its data without our written authorisation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security of the Service.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account, as described in Section 5.

The Service allows you to create and store data about your diecast collection — vehicle records, photographs, notes, valuations, trade logs, and set information ("Your Content"). You retain full ownership of Your Content.

By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content, and you confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

We monitor account activity, including IP addresses, devices, and login activity (see our Privacy Policy), to help keep the Service secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe the account: violates these Terms; has been used fraudulently or abusively; poses a security risk to the Service or other users; or was created with false information. A suspended account cannot sign in until the suspension is lifted by an administrator.

You may delete your own account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property in the Service — including its software, design, branding, and the "DiecastVault" name and logo — belongs to DiecastVault and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Any market values, price estimates, or valuation data shown in the Service are for informational purposes only and are not financial or investment advice. Diecast valuations are subjective and vary by condition, market, and buyer demand.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DiecastVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided free of charge, and our liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect (including security and analytics data) and how we use it. By using the Service, you consent to that collection and use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
